Dude, I've seen some really bad first pages to comics, and this isn't one of them. :3 I think this is a great start to your comic. I love how strongly you shaded everything. Everything is so smooth... what program did you use?
I'm :+fav:ing it because I seriously HAVE seen... bad starts to comics, both narrative-wise and picture-wise. The layout in this one is good, too. I hope you keep this going. <3

Trust me, the storyline is what got me. The whole "hero-gone-insane" plot is one of my faves. The first page looks good though, with a nice start.

Alright this is a very beautifully composed page. XD and this is also why I miss doing modern "times". I hope you put as much energy into your original artwork, and future story of never being done. D: I really want to see that, because I can't relate to your Kingdom Hearts fanart, its beautiful, its wonderful, its not my fandom.

Crapiness??? I should eat your face! This page is wonderful! I love it so much, and NOT just because it features KH. It looks so professional (I think I've given you the same compliment before, but it DOES). Awesome job! I can't wait to see more.
